Job Description
e.l.f. Beauty is seeking an Account Manager for Amazon International to cover a maternity leave. This interim role will focus on executing international expansion efforts for e.l.f. Cosmetics and e.l.f. SKIN across Amazon's EU business. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Amazon Vendor Central, managing large catalogs, and driving business growth, reporting to the Sr. Director, Amazon. This is a hybrid role requiring collaboration with internal and external teams to achieve sustainable growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or similar field
- 5+ years of direct and hands-on experience with Amazon, specifically within Pan-EU markets
- Knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central
- Strong operations background, including order management process and knowledge of key Amazon supply chain KPIs
- Experience with web merchandising and content/creative optimization
- Agency management experience
