Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• At least three (3) years of experience in a production department in an industrial environment
• Experience in a supervisory or team coordination role
• Ability to make decisions and manage complex situations
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a circular shift system
