Job Description
Fabrication Supervisor responsible for directing and coordinating first shift fabrication areas for safe, high-quality fabrication, while maintaining control of costs and labor spend. Responsible for ensuring accurate QA testing for outbound products and overseeing the work of shop personnel.
Requirements
- High School or equivalent degree
- Minimum of 5 years' Operations experience
- Experience in plant Operations, scheduling, quality assurance and personnel
- Familiarity with variety of metals manufacturing concepts, practices and procedures
- Familiarity with warehouse storage and organization
- Experience with order pulling, verifying and staging
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suites and Outlook
- Familiarity and willingness to learn ERP system (NAV/Business Central)
