Senior Compliance and Approvals Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Compliance & Approvals Engineer to manage and ensure the company’s compliance with all regulatory, corporate, and customer requirements related to banned, restricted, and declarable substances (BRDS).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Chemical, or equivalent)
• At least 5 years of experience in electrical/electronic/chemical fields, preferably in an R&D environment
• Strong knowledge of global material regulations (e.g., restricted substances lists)
• Proficiency with compliance tools/software like FMD systems, IMDS, and SCIP database
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and process development skills
• Experience in supplier management and conducting audits
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in fast-paced environments
• Strong communication skills to convey regulatory requirements to diverse audiences, coupled with fluency in English
• Highly motivated, team-oriented individual with planning, organizing capabilities, and programming knowledge as a plus
• Character of high integrity and a proactive approach to driving compliance initiatives
