Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in data engineering, architecture, analytics, or data science
• At least 8 years in senior leadership roles
• Proven track record building and scaling enterprise-grade data platforms
• Deep technical expertise in modern data stacks
• Strong command of data governance, observability, security, and privacy frameworks
• Exceptional communication and influence skills
