Job Description
Dynamic Catholic is seeking highly motivated individuals for their multi-year Fundraising Professional Development Program. The program is designed to develop the next generation of Catholic leaders in the fundraising sector, offering hands-on experience, specialized training, and mentorship. Participants will gain expertise in fundraising, donor relations, and nonprofit operations, with opportunities for advancement based on performance. The program includes three phases, starting with a Development Associate role and progressing to Mission Impact Partner and Professional Fundraiser roles, with increasing responsibilities and compensation.
