Dispatcher

Dynacare is hiring a Dispatcher to join their Transportation team in Winnipeg, Manitoba. This is a Permanent Part-Time position working 23.75 hours per week, responsible for dispatching drivers, assigning route equipment, and ensuring compliance with transport regulations. The role involves handling customer calls, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining driver communication.

Requirements

• Secondary school or equivalent education
• Valid driver’s license
• Proficiency in English
• 3-5 years related experience in manual dispatching
• Proficient with excel and answering emails
• Ability to multitask and work in a high-paced environment
• Good telephone manner and communication skills
• Ability to make decisions with limited supervision
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Compliance with Safe Working Practices and Health and Safety protocols
