Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Google Cloud Lead Engineer to join the Google Cloud Practice in DXC. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and management of cloud-native systems on Google Cloud Platform.
Requirements
- Lead cloud engineering initiatives and complex migration projects
- Design and implement scalable cloud solutions using GCP best practices and Well-Architected Framework principles
- Develop and standardize internal DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Lead, guide and mentor DevOps team members and junior engineers
- Drive cloud training programs and GCP certification initiatives
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex cloud infrastructure and application issues
- Stay current with Google Cloud technology updates, new services, and industry trends
- Provide effective team leadership, resource allocation, and project management
- Deliver customer presentations, technical demonstrations, and solution architecture sessions
- Establish DevOps culture and best practices within client organizations
