Senior Trading Operations Analyst

DV Trading is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst to help design and manage operational systems that power trading activity firmwide. The role involves developing deep working knowledge of trading, clearing, and settlement of all asset classes, and designing a system of alerts, checks, and reconciliations to preserve data integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2–5 years of experience in an analytical or operational role within the banking or trading industry
• Clear thinker with advanced aptitude for breaking down complex problems in a timely fashion
• Expertise in Excel and SQL required; familiarity with Python and Bloomberg is a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to advance many simultaneous discussions forward
• Strong work ethic, desire to learn, and ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Independent and resourceful with a willingness to take on challenges and figure out solutions
