Werkvoorbereider Woningbouw

Are you our Werkvoorbereider who makes sure our housing projects run smoothly? You are the right-hand man of the project leader and make sure that all disciplines - from construction to installation technology - are perfectly coordinated.

Requirements

• A completed MBO and/or HBO education in the direction of Building
• Experience as a Werkvoorbereider or BIM-engineer preferably in a construction company, contractor or architectural office
• Experience with BIM software such as Revit and Navisworks is a plus
• Strong communicative and analytical skills
• You are living in the region of North East Netherlands
