We are looking for a site manager with experience to work on utility and renovation projects with a project size of around 2 to 3 million euros. The role involves working with different parties, preparing plans and drawings, and monitoring financial progress. The team is part of Dura Vermeer Bouw Hengelo, a developer in the North, East, and Central Netherlands region.

Requirements

• A completed MBO or HBO education in the direction of Building Engineering
• Experience as a site manager at a construction company or contractor
• Preferably experience in maintenance and renovation and specifically in utility building (schools, offices, etc.)
