Job Description
As a Site Preparation Coordinator, you will ensure that construction sites are prepared and ready for operation by processing requests, checking drawings, and coordinating with utility companies and project teams.
Requirements
- Process requests, changes, and cancellations of utility services
- Coordinate with utility companies and their subcontractors
- Sign off on tenders in consultation with the project team
- Check DWG drawings and develop them for temporary site preparation
- Support process responsible personnel in developing construction sites
- Align with suppliers, performers, and project teams
- Monitor all ongoing utility requests and maintain an overview of the planning
