We are looking for an (Head) Executor for our Langestraat project in Wijk and Aalburg. As an (Head) Executor at Dura Vermeer Bouw Zuid, you will have a crucial role on the construction site, ensuring that everything runs smoothly, keep an eye on safety and planning, and motivate the team to complete this beautiful project of 74 houses and 16 apartments.

Requirements

• A completed HBO or MBO education in the field of Building Sciences
• 5 years of relevant work experience as an executor in the housing industry
• A broad work experience on various types of projects
• Experience with BIM is a plus
