As a project organiser for the business bureau at Dura Vermeer Bouw Heyma, you will be the driving force behind the successful execution of renovation and transformation projects. You will translate market developments into concrete project opportunities and work with a team to realise successful projects with impact.
Requirements
- Completed HBO degree in the direction of building or technical business administration
- At least 5 years of work experience as a planner, BIM engineer, business administration employee, or operational employee
- Affinity with ICT systems
- Knowledge of logistics in the construction industry
- Relevant experience with residential construction and affinity with the executing construction industry
