Job Description
We are looking for a corporate recruiter to join our team at Dura Vermeer Infra Regional Projects in Cruquius. As a corporate recruiter, you will be responsible for recruitment and selection, labor market knowledge, and more. You will work closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partner, and MT to find the best candidates in the infrastructure sector in the North Holland region.
Requirements
- Completed HBO education in HR, Personnel Management, Higher Hotel School, Applied Psychology, Communication, or Business Administration
- Number of years of work experience as a corporate recruiter, recruiter, recruitment consultant, or HR advisor
- Ability to work well in a team, interest in data-driven recruitment, and knowledge of AI and recruitment developments
