As a Campus Recruiter for Dura Vermeer's Divisie Bouw en Vastgoed, you will be responsible for increasing the Dura Vermeer brand's recognition among students and starters from various educational institutions across the country. You will be working together with a team of recruiters to develop a targeted approach to attract the right students for internships, starter positions, or traineeships within Dura Vermeer's Divisie Bouw en Vastgoed.
Requirements
- A completed HBO degree, such as HR, Personnel Management, Hospitality, Applied Psychology, Communication, Marketing, Commercial Economics, or Business Administration.
- Several years of work experience, such as Campus Recruiter, Corporate Recruiter, Recruitment Consultant, HR Employee, or Learning and Development Advisor.
- Residency in central Netherlands, as this is a nationwide role and you will be required to travel to our work locations and educational institutions across the country.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent planning and organizational skills.
