BIM COORDINATOR (INFRASTRUCTURE)

Coordinate BIM models, manage model federation, perform clash detection, and facilitate workshops with design and construction teams.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline
• Minimum 5–8 years of BIM experience, with strong exposure to infrastructure-heavy projects
• Proven experience in multi-discipline BIM coordination and model federation
• Advanced proficiency in Navisworks Manage, including clash detection and NWC/NWD management
• Good understanding of Civil 3D, Revit, and other relevant BIM authoring tools
• Strong coordination, communication, and workshop facilitation skills
• Experience interfacing with engineering consultants, contractors, and client teams
• Familiarity with BIM standards, BEP, ISO 19650, and project coordination workflows
• Experience in GCC or large-scale infrastructure projects is an advantage
