Job Description
As the Integration Solutions Engineer, you will support the expansion of our partner network and enable sales growth targets by successfully certifying new integrations and documenting technical requirements.
Requirements
- Experience with various APIs (SOAP, REST), and HTNG messages, async/sync data flows
- Experience documenting technical and non-technical API requirements, designing data/message flows and data mapping between systems
- Experience troubleshooting API/Web Service integration issues, and API testing tools like Postman or SOAPUI
- Experience working with cross functional teams, including Engineering, Product, and Support
- Strong communication skills both written and verbally
- Ability to investigate and solve complex integration and data problems/issues
- Proven track record of managing tasks independently, with a strong sense of responsibility
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours in order to best accommodate the timezone of our partner network
