Project Accountant II

Dudek is a 100% employee-owned firm supporting clients nationwide and delivering projects that improve and protect the built and natural environments of communities throughout the United States. As a Project Accountant II, you will play a key role in supporting the financial health of our projects and advising Project Managers through accurate tracking, reporting, and billing.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas)
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation practices
• Ability to work independently, think critically, and solve routine problems with judgment within defined guidelines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer service mindset
• Valid driver’s license and active personal automobile liability insurance (if required for client or site interactions)
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening (federal contractor requirement)
