Job Description
DTCC is seeking a Software Engineer to join their Engineering team, focusing on ServiceNow products. The role involves developing and supporting the ServiceNow platforms (ITSM, ITAM, ITOM), working closely with other engineers and product managers, and ensuring high-quality product delivery. The company fosters a collaborative and inclusive environment with a focus on professional development.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of software development experience
- 2+ years in ServiceNow
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or equivalent
- Certification in ITIL
- Strong working knowledge in IT Service Management, CMDB
- 2+ yrs. experience with JavaScript, HTML, AngularJS, REST APIs
- Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies
- ServiceNow Platform/Scripting/APIs/Service Portal/Applications experience
- ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) and Application Development (CAD)
