As a Project Manager (m, w, d) in Urban Planning Services, you will lead complex projects in urban and district development, coordinate urban planning services, and manage projects with a focus on grant and financial management, public relations, and citizen participation. You will also advise municipalities, citizens, and third parties. We are looking for candidates with a degree in urban and regional planning, spatial planning, architecture, geography, real estate economics, or social sciences, as well as several years of experience in urban development promotion and citizen participation.

Requirements

• Completed studies in urban and regional planning, spatial planning, architecture, geography, real estate economics, social sciences, and comparable qualifications
• Funded, several-year experience in the field of urban development promotion and citizen participation
• Knowledge of urban planning law, as well as the structure of the German urban development promotion landscape
• Very good verbal and written communication skills combined with assertiveness
• Understanding of process flows in municipal administrations
