Druva is seeking a Sales Engineering Specialist to provide technical direction and business guidance to regional sales teams. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles and intermediate-level knowledge of enterprise server backup technologies.
Requirements
- 6+ years in technical customer-facing roles with at least 2+ years as a sales engineer working with enterprise software solutions
- Intermediate-level knowledge of enterprise server backup technologies
- Intermediate level knowledge of operating systems, including MS Windows, Linux,& macOS.
- Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, SSO, MFA, SCCM, and automated deployment tools.
- Knowledge and practical experience with virtual desktop infrastructures such as VMware Horizon, Amazon WorkSpaces, Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop, etc.
- Basic understanding of network technologies and protocols – TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS, switches, firewalls, routers, and proxies
- Entrepreneurial - willing to go the extra mile, strong work ethic, resourceful, “get it done” attitude
- A highly energetic drive to meet goals with a strong hands-on, “can-do” approach
- Strives in moving in a fast-paced environment, including handling multiple calls/demos per day with immediate follow-up.
