Job Description
The Aquatics Manager is responsible for developing and leading a year-round aquatics program for the DHGC Dolphins, including daily pool operations, lifeguard supervision, and leading the swim team. This is a full-time leadership position with a significant focus on guest experience and team development.
Requirements
- Certified in SafeSport, First Aid, Lifesaving, and AED
- Strong knowledge of pool operations and safety protocols
- Proficiency with Swim Topia, Meet Manager, or similar software
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Minimum 5 years competitive or summer league coaching experience
