Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Workforce Planning, Analytics, or Consulting
• Proven ability to design dashboards, models, and data visualizations
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Agility and ability to manage changing priorities
• Advanced technical expertise with Workday, Excel, Tableau, SQL, and HR technology platforms
