Droids On Roids is seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner to manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and align with business goals. The role involves working closely with clients, translating business needs into technical specifications, and maintaining a dynamic product roadmap. Droids On Roids is a leading digital product agency, and their clients include large companies like CCC and Carlsberg.
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial experience as a Product Owner in a software development company
- Proven experience in agile product development
- Strong product ownership skills with stakeholder management experience
- Knowledge of modelling tools (UML or BPMN)
- Strategic prioritization and decision-making skills
- Data-driven product thinking
- Risk and scope management skills
- Client and stakeholder requirements gathering
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Practical knowledge of Jira/Confluence
