Job Description
DREAM (formerly Harlem RBI) is a dynamic youth development program offering after-school programming in East Harlem and South Bronx. They serve over 2,500 youth annually, focusing on academics, social-emotional learning, and community engagement. They offer a part-time and seasonal position as a After School Youth Worker, with a focus on student well-being and providing strong support.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with school-age children
- Eagerness to grow professionally
- Must be able to work in person
