Job Description
Drawbridge is seeking a Cybersecurity Advisor to provide best-in-class service to clients, manage relationships with third parties, and contribute to cybersecurity risk management. This role involves working closely with Account/Relationship Management, managing CSAT, and leading project initiatives. The Advisory Group is a core group within Drawbridge, offering a collaborative, agile team environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
- 6-10 Years of Experience in Customer-Facing and/or Support Roles
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM software, including Salesforce Service Cloud
- Experience with Ticketing and Tracking Systems (Jira, ConnectWise)
- Knowledge of security standards (NIST, CIS, COBIT, CRISC, CISA, CISSP, CIPP)
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
