Job Description
The position involves leading a laboratory team focused on quality control, strategic planning, and project coordination, with a focus on instrumental analysis and validation. Responsibilities include developing new methods, creating SOPs, and ensuring workflow efficiency. The role also involves collaboration and team support.
Requirements
- Successfully completed degree in chemical, biochemistry, pharmacy, or a comparable qualification
- Extensive knowledge and practical experience in instrumental analysis (HPLC and GC), including knowledge in ICP, AAS, and Karl-Fischer Titrations
- Solid knowledge of regulatory requirements and guidelines
- Proven experience in project management (planning, conducting, and monitoring projects)
- Very good German and English skills (words/writing)
- Strong sense of responsibility and quality awareness
- Highly developed initiative, independence, and structured working style
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Teamwork, resilience, and flexibility
