Job Description
This is a full-time, permanent position for an IT System Integration Specialist, focusing on the installation, configuration, management, and maintenance of IT systems and networks. The role involves troubleshooting, support to users, and setup of hardware and user accounts. The position requires a solution-oriented and independent individual with a team-oriented approach.
Requirements
- Completed training in the IT sector (e.g. System Integration Specialist)
- Several years of professional experience in IT system administration/1st & 2nd level support
- Broad understanding of IT systems, networks and operating systems (Windows, Linux, Apple)
- Good knowledge of the Windows server environment
- Experience with Microsoft 365 (including Azure AD, administration)
- Knowledge of virtualization environments (VMware)
- Knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP and DNS
- Knowledge of network environments (LAN/WAN/WLAN, cabling, firewalls)
- Experience with common hardware (PCs, printers, notebooks, mobile devices)
- Experience with Intune (advantageous)
- Experience in the GxP sector (advantageous)
