Job Description
We are looking for a senior HR adviser to join our team in the Netherlands. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing HR advice and support to our journalists and managers, and working closely with our HR Service Center, recruiters, and specialists.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of HR processes, instruments, employment legislation, and communication skills
- Ability to identify trends, developments, and observations within the organization and provide proactive advice
- Experience in HR advisory roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
