Requirements

• Ensure vessels budgets are followed
• Ensure crews are well-trained for each vessel
• Complete bridge team performance appraisals
• Monitor crew & Captain performance
• Liaise with Purchasing and Engineering
• Conduct regular vessel and ship visits
• Ensure adherence to IMCA guidelines
