DP World is seeking a Manager, PMI - People to lead people-related aspects of M&A integration. This role focuses on ensuring smooth transitions for employees, alignment of HR processes, and cultural integration during merger activities. The Manager will be responsible for talent retention, organizational design, employee engagement, and change management. The goal is to foster collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Develop and implement people integration strategies to align with overall business objectives.
- Plan the integration requirements and implementation steps and planning for People.
- Identify key processes for the People area and determine where education, training, or process redesign may be necessary.
- Lead cultural integration initiatives to unify teams and foster collaboration.
- Assess where ‘white space’ may exist between your functional area and other functional areas and determine who you must work with to address any ‘white space’ issues.
- Lead change management strategies to minimize disruption.
- Track the expenses for your functional area.
- Facilitate the work of their Work Stream, providing guidance and direction.
