Job Description
Field Service Technician installs, maintains, and repairs surface wellhead and frac equipment. Provides timely and knowledgeable service to customers. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, two years of related experience and/or training, and a valid driver's license.
Requirements
- Installs and tests equipment in accordance with operating procedures
- Makes repairs to customer property and rental assets
- Assembles and breaks down of new and used equipment
- Provides feedback to the company through reporting of problems and failures
- Prepares service order, tickets, and customer related documentation accurately and completely
- Maintains high customer satisfaction by providing timely and knowledgeable service
- Executes general shop maintenance: Storage and equipment clean-up
- Tear down and troubleshooting of customer owned property for inspection, repair reassembly and testing
- Assembling, testing, and painting of new or used wellhead/tree sections
- Travel required
- Perform other duties as assigned
