Job Description
Double Good is seeking a Project Manager to join their growing IT team in Elmhurst. This role will involve coordinating and operational support across enterprise applications and data/analytics teams, ensuring smooth operations, prioritizing tasks, and fostering stakeholder alignment. It's a highly visible position offering exposure to the full breadth of IT at Double Good and a strong social mission.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of project management, IT operations, or program coordination experience.
- Experience in IT, enterprise applications, or data/analytics environments strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Clear, confident communicator—able to work effectively across technical and business teams.
- Experience preparing leadership forums and managing stakeholder communications.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday.com, Confluence, or similar).
