Job Description
The Durable Medical Equipment (DME) Customer Service Associate ensures client relationships through order processing, communication, and complaint resolution. They are responsible for accurately receiving and processing orders, documenting client information, and processing insurance requests. The role requires a compassionate, diligent work ethic and a willingness to learn.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Professional and positive demeanor with excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow up
- Basic computer skills
- Willingness to learn a new skill set
- Alternating Saturdays availability
