Job Description
DOTSOFT is seeking a Project Manager/Consultant to assist with the design and implementation of EU-funded projects. The role involves project planning, budget and timeline management, coordination with EU institutions, and monitoring project performance. The position requires travel up to 8 weeks annually and flexibility to work non-standard hours.
Requirements
- Assist at project planning and resource planning in line with EU program requirements.
- Assist at the full project lifecycle: budget, timeline, compliance, and reporting.
- Support the coordination with EU institutions, partners, and beneficiaries.
- Participate and support multidisciplinary project teams.
- Monitor project performance and deliver impact-driven results and reports.
- Navigate EU funding rules, compliance, and reporting.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other EU languages a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 8 weeks, up to 1 weekly (at most)
