Fellow, Test Kitchen/Food Styling - Des Moines

The People Inc. Fellowship Program offers a 12-month opportunity to gain experience working full-time in the office with some of our most popular brands. This specific Fellowship is based in our Des Moines, IA office, and responsibilities will include assisting the Kitchen Coordinator, developing and testing recipes, and more.

Requirements

• B.S., B.A., Culinary degree or equivalent professional cooking experience
• Proficient with recipes: in writing according to style and able to troubleshoot a recipe just by reading it
• Creative and Scientific: You care deeply about the way food looks and tastes and enjoy both the artistic and methodical aspects of creating food and recipe content
• The Ultimate Team Player: no job is too big; no job is too small
• A multitasker: When it comes to juggling multiple projects at once, you’re a pro; you anticipate needs before they arise
• Self-motivated: You’re a spirited self-starter. You are deadline driven and committed to delivering on time and beyond expectations
