Job Description
We're looking for a Technical Support Consultant to provide exceptional support to our customers remotely. As a technical support person, you'll analyze customer support cases, provide solutions, and contribute to the development of new features. You'll work with customers from all over the world, exposing you to diverse cultures and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- Analyzing knowledgebase user engagement data and contributing to the customer experience
- Receiving, analyzing, and managing customer support cases
- Providing space planning advice and data analysis using Excel and SQL
- Working in a rotational on-call schedule to support customers in different time zones
- Possessing excellent communication, problem-solving, and technical skills
