The Program Coordinator, Jewish Engagement will work with the Intergenerational Program Engagement team to design and implement programs that integrate DOROT's pedagogic core values into all intergenerational activities.
Requirements
- Minimum two years of professional experience in Jewish education building community with pre-teens and high school students
- Strong passion for DOROT's mission
- Successful track record in leading inclusive, engaging group experiences that foster connection and reflection
- Experience in program planning and coordination
- Ability to engage effectively with youth, parents, and older adults
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Outstanding organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects to achieve deliverables
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite; experience with Salesforce or another database a plus
