We are looking for a Complaints Coordinator (m/w/d) to join our team in Wessling, Germany. Your tasks will include cooperation with departments to ensure timely corrective measures, promotion of problem-solving activities, and provision of technical expertise for complaint handling and quality improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master's degree in engineering, preferably in the field of medical technology
- Knowledge of mechanical component development required
- Technical background in mechanics and electricity
- Knowledge of ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 desirable
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in complaint handling or customer support
- Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office applications
