Key Account Manager Klinik / GPO Manager (m/w/d)

Dornier MedTech, a subsidiary of Advanced MedTech, is seeking a Key Account Manager Clinic / GPO Manager to expand their Urology portfolio within Germany and potentially the DACH region. The role involves building relationships with purchasing organizations, securing contracts, and developing access strategies to ensure product availability in hospitals and clinics. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in medical device sales, market access, and contract negotiation, with a strong understanding of the German healthcare system and procurement processes.

Requirements

• Completed a degree in healthcare or business administration.
• At least 10 years of experience in medical device sales, market access, key account management, or working with purchasing organizations in Germany or the DACH region.
• Proven success in contract design with GPOs, hospital alliances, or public procurement agencies.
• Experience in value-based selling specifically for GPO environments.
• Demonstrated structured and strategic sales approach.
• Understanding of the German reimbursement system (DRG, EBM, NUB, etc.).
• Ability to communicate confidently with C-suite stakeholders.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and social skills.
• Proficiency in common office software products (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Fluent German and English (written and spoken).
