Director Business Development (m/w/d)

The Director Business Development is responsible for increasing the commercial success of the entire Dornier MedTech portfolio in southern Germany and for opening up new business fields. The position combines operational sales responsibility with the strategic development of new product introductions and market launch concepts.

Requirements

• Complete sales responsibility for the Dornier MedTech portfolio in southern Germany
• Achieve regional sales, margin, and market share targets
• Development and implementation of market launch strategies for new technologies
• Building and maintaining close relationships with key stakeholders
• Leading tender procedures, contract negotiations, and partnership models
• Identification and pursuit of cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
• Close cooperation with the service, marketing, and operations departments
• Support of digital sales promotion and CRM data quality
• Support in defining and validating reimbursement paths and DRG/EBM possibilities
• Providing commercial inputs for product management for portfolio expansion and pricing strategy
• Participation in the annual strategic planning and forecasting process for the DACH region
• Representation of Dornier MedTech at congresses, trade fairs, and symposia
