Senior Software QA Engineer

This Senior Software QA Engineer role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive test strategies for various applications (APIs, web, and mobile). They will validate financial transactions, perform integration, regression, and end-to-end testing, and automate tests using industry-standard frameworks. Collaboration with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines are also key aspects of the position.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in software testing.
• Solid knowledge of test automation tools (Selenium, Appium, Cypress, Playwright).
• Hands-on experience with API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI, RestAssured).
• Experience with mobile testing using Appium (highly preferred).
• Knowledge of performance & load testing tools (JMeter).
• Familiarity with Confluence, Slack, and Jira
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Fluency in English
• Desirable Skills - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), BDD/TDD frameworks (Cucumber, SpecFlow), security/penetration testing basics, exposure to fintech industries.
