We are looking for a Legal Counsel EMEA to join our team at Bobcat. As Legal Counsel, you will play a key role in our community, providing legal services and advice to various departments and businesses of Doosan Bobcat.

Requirements

• Review a wide variety of contracts and support commercial teams in the negotiation of contracts
• Suggest improvements to contract templates or contracting procedures
• Support the business with contract enforcement steps
• Proactively identify legal risks and suggest practical solutions
• Monitor regulatory developments and implement cross-functional compliance projects
• Prepare legal research and analysis on various legal topics
