We are looking for a Compensation and Benefits Senior Analyst to join our team in Bobcat. As Compensation and Benefits Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in our community, shaping fair and competitive reward programs, and working with data to turn insights into impactful decisions.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in compensation, benefits or HR analytics.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems; Power Query, Power BI and Excel (incl. VBA) are a plus.
- Fluent in English, other languages.
- Comfortable working with sensitive and confidential data.
