As a Strategic Sourcing Associate, you will be responsible for the procurement and strategic development of materials/services commodities within the DFIN organization.

Requirements

• Establish and maintain a portfolio of vendor agreements and supplier relationships
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors
• Leverage current and new supplier relationships to drive cost reductions
• Collaborate with cross-functional business teams to draft and negotiate MSAs and SOWs
• Conduct thorough RFI/RFP process and supplier selection
• Coordinate with purchase requisitioners to generate purchase orders
• Ensure procurement and contracts policies, processes, procedures, standards, and guidelines are followed
