Quality Engineer II

Requirements

• Customer PPAP, certifications, product measurement and testing
• Facilitating effective corrective actions internally and externally
• Investigating and determining root causes for internal and external rejections
• Managing internal audit program and conducting internal audits
• Effectively developing and leading cross-functional process improvement teams
• Initiating internal continuous improvement quality projects
• Supporting third party quality audits
• Developing quality procedures to maintain controls of processes
• Transferring best practices, techniques, procedures and tools to peers and other process improvement teams
• Continuing to develop core tool knowledge of quality management
