Requirements

• Welcome guests upon arrival and departure
• Handle check-in and check-out procedures
• Provide information about resort services and facilities
• Manage guest requests and resolve inquiries or concerns
• Process billing, payments, and guest transactions accurately
• Maintain guest records in the property management system
