Job Description
DomainTools is seeking a Solutions Engineer to help customers protect their networks with modern cybersecurity solutions. The role involves conceptualizing, implementing, and supporting security products like SIEM, TIP, and SOAR, working directly with enterprise customers to optimize their workflows and systems. The ideal candidate is a highly curious and collaborative individual focused on driving value and customer success.
Requirements
- Experience in enterprise SaaS and Fortune 500 roles.
- Working knowledge of scripting languages, object-oriented programming, databases, and analytical tools.
- Experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Fast learner with excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Basic understanding of CyberSecurity concepts is preferred.
