Job Description
DoiT is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their Engineering teams in EMEA. This role involves designing, building, and scaling backend services, integrating billing and usage data, and contributing to platform engineering. The ideal candidate will work on building and scaling services, focusing on real-time data and cloud infrastructure, and collaborating with both product and engineering teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a backend engineer
- Strong programming skills in Go and/or TypeScript (Python preferred)
- Proven experience designing and maintaining scalable APIs and services
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with analytical databases (e.g., BigQuery, ClickHouse, Redshift, Snowflake)
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS and GCP preferred)
- Knowledge of AWS billing and cost optimization
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Self-motivated and adaptable
